Terms and Conditions of Use


Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Diners.
Payment is also possible via ATM or bank transfer.

Reservation

The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of notice from La Malva & Leisure. We reserve the right to check the validity of credit cards requesting a pre-authorization.
For cancellation policy please controll the rate you choosed. 
This will be debited to your credit card or may be paid through a bank transfer. If the credit card is held to be invalid or such bank transfer is not made, the reservation will be cancelled. 
The balance for your stay is required to be paid on checking-in.

Change of reservation

Changes in the reservation depends on the rate you choosed so check ita t reservation moment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is described at the reservation moment and it depends on the rate that you are booking.Early departure
There will be no refunds for early departures.

Tourist tax

Rome City Apartment Tax is not included in the price: 3,5 € per person per night and is to be paid at check-in. 
This local tax is not required for any period beyond the tenth night of an extended stay and for guests under 10 years old age.

Identification

Every customer who stays is required to submit to Client Services some form of valid ID.

Check-in

Check-in time: 2pm. 
Early check-in is possible only where the apartment has already been vacated and in agreement with Client Services.

Check-out

Check-out time: 11am. For late departures please contact Guest Services.

Damage

The customer is liable to La Malva & Leisure for any damage caused to furniture, objects and the apartment rented, through any negligent act or neglect on the part of the client or their guests. 
In any such case, the customer agrees to pay La Malva & Leisure an adequate sum for repairs or to compensate for damage caused.

Disputes

All terms and conditions of this agreement between the two parties mentioned, that is, the customer and La Malva & Leisure, will be interpreted and governed exclusively in accordance with Italian law, without regard to any principles or conflicts of the same. 
Any such disputes are to be settled by the local court of Rome.
